“Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy—the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.” - Brene Brown, Ph.D, LMSW
My dog, Oliver, and I are a certified therapy team. With your consent, he is able to come to counseling sessions. Having an animal present can offer a sense of safety and promote healing. With my safe and supportive presence, along with my honest and direct feedback, I hope to help you unlock your power to create the fulfilling life you desire.

Hi there! I understand that seeking help can be a big step, and I'm glad you took it. I believe that everyone is capable of change with the right support, tools, and willingness to invest in themselves. I strive to empower my clients to make changes that lead to greater life satisfaction and a feeling of self-efficacy.
My approach is person-centered and emotionally-focused, using a Gestalt Therapy lens. Essentially, this means I think that increasing your awareness of your own experience and emotions will help you find solutions to the concerns that brought you into counseling. I incorporate tools and handouts from other evidence-based approaches based on the ways you like to learn and grow. I also like to connect my clients to local resources to meet their needs holistically.
I specialize in:
- Anxiety
- Relationship Issues
- Self-Esteem
- Trauma
I have broad experience in:

- Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking
- Life Transitions
- Stress Management
- Grief and Loss
- Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
- LGBTQIA+ Issues

I received my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from the University of Wyoming in 2020. During my undergraduate schooling and for a year after, I worked as a legal assistant for a non-profit supporting victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. I then obtained my Master of Science (MS) in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Wyoming in 2023. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and a member of the American Counseling Association.
